First appetizer course:
1) Risotto w/ butternut squash or wild mushroom.
2) Seared Scallops w/ citrus-fennel salad.

Second entrée course:
1) Roasted Berkshire Pork Loin w/ beer braised cabbage, roasted fuji apples.
2) Moroccan Chicken with Olives w/ cous cous (like a tagine).
3) Grilled Tuna w/ white bean-piquillo pepper ragout, tapenade.

Third cheese course: Three cheeses chosen by the chef.

Fourth dessert course:
1) Chocolate Ganache Cake w/ vanilla gelato.
2) Warm Spiced Pear Cake w/ rosemary whipped cream.
3) Cinnamon Brioche Bread Pudding w/ caramel.
