The Holodomor - Then and Now date: 2022-11-06

On the 90th anniversary of the HolodomorC3, this event will reflect on Ukrainian history and the current dynamics of political famine during a short lecture and a short reception.

With its rich black earth, Ukraine has fed the world for centuries and even today remains one of the largest agricultural exporters in the world.

The current Russian blockade of the Black Sea has grave consequences for the Ukrainians, but it also negatively impacts the larger world as well.

Please mark your calendar to attend a short lecture and conversation, a tour of the exhibition "Ukraine 1933: A Cookbook" and a reception with Ukrainian food and life music.
