The Honorable Francis P. "Frank" Cosgrove passed away on Apr. 12, 2023.

He was a long-standing memebr of the Jagiellonian Law Society.

He was the son to the late Francis J. Cosgrove and the late Katherine (née Ksiazkiewicz) Cosgrove, husband to the late Catherine M. (née Scanlon) Cosgrove and the late Elaine M. (née Mekel) Cosgrove. Frank is survived by his companion, Isabelle "June" Bottke, father of Christopher J. Cosgrove (Ellen), Cathy Marie Cosgrove (Antonio Toto), Francis X. Cosgrove, Daniel J. Cosgrove (Susan), stepfather of Joseph P. Foley, Jr., Carole A. Foley, Thomas Foley and Michael Foley (Lisa): his seven grandchildren, Patrick F. Cosgrove, Deidre M. Andrews (Josiah), Katherine I. Toto, Maryanne R. Cosgrove, Elizabeth A. Toto, Lily R. Cosgrove, John P. Cosgrove, and his great grandson: James W. Andrews: step-grandfather of Kyle, Megan, Christina and Emily Foley.

Frank is also survived by one brother: James Cosgrove (Kathleen) and predeceased by one brother and his wife: John and Teresa Cosgrove.

Life Celebration of Judge Cosgrove will be held on Mon., Apr. 24, 2023 from 8:45 to 9:45 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 A.M. at the Church of St. Teresa of Avila, 1260 S. Trooper Rd. Audubon, PA 19403.

Interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Judge Cosgtrove may be made to the Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters, Convent of Divine Love 2212 Green St., Phila., PA 19130.
