Rule of Law: the Case of Polanddate: 2020-04-16
The program is a part of a larger series focused on challenges to judges and lawyers around the globe. American Bar Association International Human Rights Committee has held such teleconference programs on China, Turkey, Pakistan and plans next to hold a program on the situation in Colombia next month.
This program was focued on the current judicial situation in Poland and was co-sponsored by the JLS. The President of ABA Judy Perry Martinez made a special appearance.
