Note: Mr. Bogdan Klich is currently serving as Charge dAffaires of Poland to the United States, and he is based at the Polish Embassy in Washington, D.C.  He assumed this role on November 18th, 2024, following a long career in Polish politics, including serving as Minister of National Defense (2007–2011) and as a Senator (2011–2024). His appointment has been met with some political controversy when the Polish President Andrzej Duda refused to sign his nomination as Ambassador, leading Bogdan Klich to take the position of Charge dAffaires role instead.
